ASSA ABLOY has announced the acquisition of Rollerdoor Group, a prominent manufacturer of sectional doors located in Portugal. This strategic move is expected to bolster ASSA ABLOY's operations in the Iberian market by integrating additional products and solutions into its core offerings.
Enhancement of Entrance Systems Division
Commenting on the acquisition, Nico Delvaux, President and CEO of ASSA ABLOY, expressed enthusiasm about extending the company's reach in mature markets. Rollerdoor's Market Presence
Rollerdoor, established in 2020 through the consolidation of several long-standing brands, is headquartered in Leiria, Portugal, and employs approximately 400 people.
The company will be integrated into ASSA ABLOY's Business Segment Industrial within the Entrance Systems Division. In 2025, Rollerdoor achieved sales of around MEUR 58, equivalent to approximately MSEK 640, coupled with a strong EBIT margin. This acquisition is anticipated to be accretive to ASSA ABLOY's earnings per share (EPS) from the outset.
