3DX-Ray Ltd has secured another contract for the sale of its AS2 x-ray systems to a South-East Asian nation, reaffirming the growing demand for advanced security technology.
The AS2 System is engineered specifically for law enforcement personnel operating in challenging environments with limited access, furthering the company's commitment to offer compact and functional security solutions.
Advanced Features of the AS2 System
The portable AS2 System stands out due to its reduced size, made possible by innovative glassless technology. This design minimizes size and weight, making it less than 3mm on two sides. The system includes sophisticated image processing capabilities such as material discrimination, zoom, DeepFocus™, 3D Emboss, and annotation, providing high-quality images that enhance rapid and accurate interpretation. The AS2’s compact design enables quick deployment and easy backpacking
Images are displayed on-screen and can be saved in various file formats, including TSM and JPEG. The comprehensive AS2 package includes an amorphous silicon x-ray detector panel, a 120kV or 150kV x-ray generator, a laptop, ThreatSpect software, batteries, chargers, wireless communication, and a transport case. The AS2's compact design makes it especially suitable for backpacking and swift deployment, a feature highly valued in urgent law enforcement scenarios.
Addressing Real-World Operational Challenges
