IR10 RFID long range reader is designed to control the passage of vehicles at the entrance points, allowing proximity card presentation without leaving the car.

Card reading distance – from 60 cm to 100 cm, depending on the proximity card type:

  • EM-Marin IL-05ELR - 100 cm
  • EM-Marin EM4100 - 70 cm
  • HID ProxCard II - 60 cm

Output formats: RS-485 and Wiegand.

Considering different height of passenger cars and heavy trucks, it is recommended to install four IR10 readers at the vehicle checkpoint: two for the entrance and two for the exit. They can be connected to one PERCo controller, which operates the boom barrier.

Anti-Corrosive Coating On Mounting Arm & Post

The reader is installed on a mounting arm, which is included in the standard delivery set. The additional equipment features BH-03 post. The mounting arm and the post are rated at intensive wind force and have anti-corrosive coating.

The post allows mounting readers on different levels to provide comfortable passage.

IR10 RFID long range reader is already available at PERCo warehouse in the European Union.
