Expanded manufacturing capabilities

With a combined 260,000 square feet of manufacturing space, our Palmdale manufacturing facility assures Delta can meet the increased requirements and demands of its continually growing domestic and international customer base.

The Palmdale facility is testimony to the increasing need for protecting the world's infrastructures against the threat of vehicle bombings as well as the role of California's skilled workforce in creating the solutions to do so. Since the assault of Sept. 11, 2001, Delta Scientific's production has more than doubled.

Crash tests prove our products

Delta pioneered the use of "Finite Element Analysis" to study vehicle collisions. With its database of full-scale tests, we now have excellent computer models that enable us to test new designs on the computer. We are able to analyze special applications and design custom products to meet our customer requirements.

With over 50 real world crash tests to our name, Delta has the largest product line in the industry. Not all of our customers need counter-terrorist barricades, but most feel reassured that if a Delta product is used at their corporate headquarters or parking facility, the product will meet our claims and stop unwanted vehicles or prevent vehicle thefts.

High-profile installations

Delta has supplied counter-terrorist barricade systems to over 150 U.S. embassies and consulates in 130-plus countries as well as those of the United Kingdom and other nations. In the United States alone, Delta has secured over 100 Federal buildings, including courthouses and FBI locations. U.S. nuclear power plants are protected by Delta vehicle barricade systems. Delta Scientific systems also protect the U.S. Capitol and other Washington landmark buildings.
