Predominantly holding shares in Syserso Networks since 2021, the institutional investor has now invested in SHD, a recognized IT service provider based in Dresden.
Established in 1990, SHD is recognized for its long-standing partnerships within the public sector, energy, and healthcare industries—all sectors governed by KRITIS, which manages critical infrastructure regulation.
