Atos has formed a partnership with Movement to Work, a UK-based initiative focused on assisting young people who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET) gain work experience.
This collaboration seeks to disrupt the cycle of "no experience – no job" that many young individuals face. As Atos has primarily targeted its early career programs towards schools, colleges, and universities, this new affiliation allows the company to connect with those who are further away from the labor market.

Under the guidance of its Social Value team, Atos plans to offer a range of opportunities for young people including work experience placements, informational sessions, career guidance, and apprenticeships.
