Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotels has never hesitated to invest in the latest video surveillance technology. Their decision to carry out a complete review of the hotels physical security prompted Radisson Blu to research as to whether it was possible to source all components of a video surveillance system from one manufacturer. A key part of the selection criteria was to find a manufacturer who had products which had a reputation for reliability as well as a high level of post sales technical support. The hotels research led them to agree a long term single source supply relationship with the professional security division of Samsung Techwin.
