His previous roles include Vice President and CTO at IBM U.S. Public and Federal Market, where he held several high-profile technical accolades, including Distinguished Engineer and IBM Quantum Ambassador. He has advised federal agencies and Fortune 500 companies on AI developments, cloud environments, Red Hat technologies, and crucial cybersecurity updates.
