Scality, known for its developments in cyber-resilient storage software, has appointed Greg DiFraia—who previously served as CEO of Inlayer—as Senior Vice President of AI Alliances and Partnerships.
DiFraia will spearhead Scality's global AI strategy, focusing on forming strategic partnerships and leading go-to-market strategies to boost enterprise AI implementation.
Background in Technology and Partnerships
With more than 20 years of experience in scaling technology businesses, DiFraia has extensive knowledge in areas like data storage, global markets, and strategic sales. His previous roles, including Field CTO and ecosystem leadership, give him a strong foundation to excel both in the field and at the executive level.

DiFraia's career path includes a significant tenure at Scality where he served as General Manager and Field CTO, contributing to the company's growth and market outreach. Before Inlayer, he was Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Turbonomic and held various leadership roles at Dell EMC. Notably, DiFraia was integral to the product launch teams for Atmos and ECS, key object storage platforms.
AI Partnerships and Ecosystem Development
In his new role at Scality, DiFraia will work to expand AI partnerships, collaborating with technology providers, system integrators, and cloud platforms to develop unique solutions for AI workloads. This appointment highlights Scality's commitment to AI and emerging data-driven applications.
