The company is recognized for its unique methods that empower engineering and security teams through a tailor-made, behavioral approach to cloud native detection and response.
On May 6, during the RSA Conference 2024 in San Francisco, RAD Security will showcase its technology to a distinguished panel of judges and a live audience, contending for the title of "Most Innovative Startup."
Cloud Native Detection
Since its inception in 2005, the RSAC Innovation Sandbox contest has been a launching pad for nascent cybersecurity firms. The competition has contributed to over 80 acquisitions and $13.5 billion in investments combined for the top finalists over the past 18 years. RAD Security will have a three-minute window to present its vision, followed by a session of questions and answers.

RAD Security will have a three-minute window to present its vision
RAD Security's approach involves creating behavioral fingerprints of safe practices to counter zero-day attacks and support zero trust and real-time posture verification. Their platform spans real-time Kubernetes Security Posture Management (KSPM), cloud native Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), and runtime protection. This provides a definitive perspective on cloud breaches, crucial for defending cloud native infrastructure, identity, and software supply chains.

The contest will commence at 10:50 a.m. PT on May 6, with winners being revealed at around 1:30 p.m. Esteemed judges include Asheem Chandna of Greylock, Dorit Dor from Check Point Software Technologies, Niloofar Howe from Energy Impact Partners, Paul Kocher, an Independent Researcher, and Nasrin Rezai from Verizon. Hugh Thompson, RSAC Executive Chairman, will host the event. The RAD Security team will be available throughout the RSA Conference week in San Francisco.
