Mr. Jones remarked, “I was impressed in watching the hotel employees use the system with how easy it is to set up and how flexible it is.”

The solution implemented consists of a single Morse Watchmans KeyWatcher cabinet located within the main security office, capable of holding 96 keys. Keys include master and sub-master keys necessary for different access points throughout the stadium.

Achieving Operational Efficiency

To manage the new system, Morse Watchmans' KeyPro® III software is integrated with the stadium's central server, allowing future scalability for remote and multi-terminal access. This software generates daily transaction reports, detailing who accessed which keys and their return status.

Mr. Brown regularly reviews these reports, saying, “The reports indicate the staff is taking responsibility for managing the keys, with improved operational efficiency in the department.” Responsibility and the reduction of human errors previously caused by manual logging are central to the stadium’s enhanced security strategy.
