DVS Ltd, the fast growth multi-brand distributors of electronic surveillance products have been making changes to maintain their customers’ satisfaction.

Expanding technical support team

As DVS grows they are keen to develop their level of service in an attempt to improve their already superlative Technical Support Team.

They have introduced a new returns coordinator, John Vine to replace Ashley Howe in the Returns Department as Ashley moves to join the Technical Support Team.

This month they have also promoted Angelo Febbo as Technical Team Leader to oversee the recent changes.

The DVS Technical Team is enviable within the industry, with many customers choosing them as their supplier to take advantage of the support they offer. The recent developments will only cement their position further.
