| Security Services customers will now have access to ADS’ top-notch customer care team |
ADS Security announced recently it has acquired the customer accounts of Security Services, Inc. in Savannah, Georgia. This purchase is the second acquisition for ADS this year, furthering the company’s pursuit of growth across the southeast. Locally, the newly acquired business will bring the customer base at the ADS-Savannah branch to over 4,000 accounts.
“The purchase of Security Services is part of our focus on regional expansion through the acquisition of security companies that have a strong local presence and solid foundation of outstanding customer service,” said ADS President and CEO, John Cerasuolo. “We acquire companies that will mesh seamlessly with the customer-centric culture we have built at ADS.”
Security Services customers will now have access to ADS’ top-notch customer care team, advanced suite of security services including mobile management and home automation technologies, proprietary UL-listed1, CSAA2 Five Diamond monitoring center, and My ADS online customer portal with simple account management and bill pay.
The owner of Security Services, Billy Rauers, and his team, are joining ADS and will be based out of ADS’ Savannah office located at 27 Chatham Center South Drive. ADS will service the acquired Security Services accounts out of this location and these customers are currently being notified and welcomed to ADS.
