For its Thailand based research laboratory, they were facing issue of long fingerprint identification and verification time. This was resulting long queues during the office opening and closing hours affecting productivity of the organization. Organization was looking for a fool proof biometric time-attendance solution which is faster as well as accurate and also hygienic as it is going to be used in R&D lab room. They also wanted to control unauthorized access in lab room.
