This module excels in measuring the duration of switching operations with high precision. Its capability to detect minimal deviations serves as an indicator for potential issues, such as component wear, temperature changes, or other environmental influences.
By automatically compensating for these deviations, the module facilitates predictive maintenance strategies. This assists in preventing unexpected machine downtimes and ensures stable quality performance.
Versatile Application
Built to withstand challenging environments, the IP67-rated module features six digital outputs equipped with readable status, alongside six digital inputs. These digital channels can be paired to conduct gate measurements at a resolution of 100 microseconds directly on the module, with measurement triggers available for both positive and negative edges.
Additionally, the device offers an analog input with configurable filter settings. The digital outputs come with protection against overload and short-circuits, and the module connects to the machine network via POWERLINK.
