Allied Universal, a security and facility services company in North America, has acquired Shetler Security Services, a Phoenix, Ariz.-based company offering security solutions on a national level. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Armed, unarmed and patrol security services

Founded in 2007, Shetler Security Services offers the implementation of armed, unarmed and patrol security services for a premier client base that includes widely recognized financial institutions within the United States.

With revenues in excess of $22 million and more than 525 employees, the company provides security services in Arizona, California, Minnesota, Colorado, Texas, Nevada, New Mexico and Montana. Shetler Security President/Owner, Mike Shetler, will be joining Allied Universal as a consultant.
