Allied Universal® has unveiled HELIAUS® Gov, a new iteration of its HELIAUS workforce management system specifically designed to meet the requirements of federal and defense operations.
This government-ready system integrates well-known features such as predictive analytics, digital post orders, geofenced activity tracking, and AI-driven insights, all available in a compliance-segregated environment. There is a complete separation from commercial infrastructure to ensure maximum security and compliance.
Addressing Compliance and Security Demands
Steve Jones, global chairman and CEO of Allied Universal, emphasized the critical nature of compliance and security for federal and defense agencies, which must not hinder their operations. Jones stated, “Federal and defense agencies face some of the most demanding compliance and security requirements in the world—and they have to meet them without slowing down the mission. HELIAUS Gov was built for that reality—delivering out-of-the-box compliance alongside AI-powered workflows and predictive analytics within the proven HELIAUS framework.”
The system guarantees operational continuity by helping security officials anticipate risks and providing transparent oversight.
Distinctive Features of HELIAUS Gov
HELIAUS Gov complies with the NIST 800-171 standards and has attained FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency
The characteristics unique to HELIAUS Gov include FIPS-validated end-to-end encryption for data in transit and at rest, incident-response playbooks aligned with federal reporting requirements, ensuring structured approaches to triage, containment, and escalation, and full data sovereignty with all processing and storage conducted within U.S. borders. Additionally, platform administration is restricted solely to U.S. persons who have undergone verified background checks.
Predictive Risk Intelligence with Compliance
HELIAUS Gov complies with the NIST 800-171 standards and has attained FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency, as confirmed by an independent third-party assessment organization (3PAO). This compliance accelerates the Authority to Operate (ATO) processes and simplifies the management of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Mark Mullison, chief technology officer of Allied Universal, assured that the platform delivers the full HELIAUS feature set—AI-enhanced workflows, real-time guidance, and predictive risk intelligence—within AWS GovCloud's secure, compliance-segregated environment. Mullison remarked, “We didn't compromise on either capability or compliance. HELIAUS Gov delivers both.”
HELIAUS Gov will be showcased at the ISC West conference in Las Vegas, taking place from March 25-27. Interested parties will have the opportunity to view demonstrations and experience the platform's capabilities first-hand.
