Hébert is the Chariman-elect of the Security Industry Association
Denis Hébert, president and CEO of HID Global, has quietly left the company. There has been no official announcement, and the company has yet to report the change, but Hébert’s LinkedIn account confirms the news. The company’s website also now lists Ulf Södergren, CTO of parent company ASSA ABLOY, as HID’s interim CEO. 

Hébert, who is chairman-elect of the Security Industry Association (SIA), was President and CEO of HID Global from November 2002 until this May, as well as an executive vice president of ASSA ABLOY. Previously, he spent 16 years at Honeywell, most recently as president of NexWatch.
