Reporting directly to CEO Shridhar Mittal, Davidson brings over two decades of finance leadership experience from both private equity-backed and public software firms.
Davidson's Professional Background
Before joining Zimperium, Davidson served as Regional CFO for the Americas at The Access Group, where he played a key role in integrating two major business units following acquisition.
His career also includes significant roles at AVEVA, where he contributed to the company’s software-as-a-service transition in the Americas and drove transformations that enhanced global service margins.
