Each alert undergoes verification by a TMA-certified remote operator, primarily comprising U.S. veterans, ensuring accuracy. If a trespasser is confirmed, the operator attempts to deter them using live audio instructions. The pipeline follows five steps: Capture, Detect, Verify, Deter, Escalate. Cameras send video feeds and sensors send alerts to an on-site gateway, where ViewScan’s on-premise AI software analyses the footage in real time, detecting human presence, loitering, sensor abnormalities, area-crossing behavior, and other objects of interest.
A TMA-certified remote operator, drawn from a team staffed by U.S. veterans, verifies each alert to ensure it’s not a false trigger. The operator then attempts to deter trespassers through live audio talk-down. If the trespasser does not leave, the operator escalates the situation to local police or an on-site security team; helping to prevent any further incident.
