Ramtech, a pioneer in wireless fire safety solutions, has inaugurated its first international office in Charlotte, North Carolina, marking a strategic move to bolster its U.S. operations.
This expansion underscores Ramtech's dedication to advancing modern fire and safety measures in the construction industry while establishing a comprehensive U.S. supply chain. The company's new Atlantic coast presence aims to boost efficiency and ensure prompt delivery of safety solutions by providing direct access to equipment, training, and support for contractors nationwide.
National Service Expansion
James Pecz, head of North America, Middle East, and Global Customer Experience at Ramtech, expressed the significance of this development: "We are proud to establish a permanent presence in the U.S., marking an important milestone in Ramtech’s global growth.”
He emphasized that this new venture not only demonstrates commitment to partners and clients across the U.S. but also highlights the strength and scalability of their UK-proven business model. With consolidated national service coverage, the Charlotte office is poised to deliver safety solutions more effectively and reliably.
Collaboration with Construction Firms
Ramtech has been active in the U.S. market for seven years, collaborating with major construction companies such as Turner, PCL, and Barton Malow, as well as engaging with the maritime defense sector.
The company is eager to extend its influence into the South and Midwest regions
The company's WES system, already successfully deployed on high-profile UK projects like the Everton FC Hill Dickinson Stadium and Thames Tideway, has safeguarded over 350 workers on international ventures, including the Hudson Detroit and Gaylord Pacific Resort. Partnering with more than a dozen U.S. distributors like Space Age Electronics, Ramtech is positioned to expand its reach.
Strategic Growth in New Regions
Although much of Ramtech’s current U.S. engagement has been concentrated in the North and Southeast, the company is eager to extend its influence into the South and Midwest regions. The Charlotte office serves as a central hub as Ramtech develops its regional and state-specific partnerships. James Pecz remarked, "As we continue to grow our presence in the U.S., this step ensures that Ramtech is not just responding to the currency of industry needs, but actively shaping the future of wireless evacuation solutions, helping protect workers and facilities at every stage of a project."
The Charlotte office inauguration was commemorated with a ribbon-cutting event, led by Bruna Pacios Esposito, Ramtech’s business unit director, and Orama managing director Giorgio Koursaris. The celebration featured presentations on product innovations by product marketing manager Jiayao Wang.
