Today, it seems everyone wants a video doorbell and this new product from Napco can be an easy add-on and RMR-generating convenience for any alarm account, using either the standalone video App, or integrated with iBridge Connected Suite Smart App & optional new, iBridge Touch™ 7” Touchscreen.
The iBridge Video Doorbell lets accounts know who’s at the door and speak to them, even when they are nowhere near home. IP-55 Rated and weather tough (-4 to 122°F), anytime the three-zone aim-able PIR sensor detects movement in the door area (broad 140º angle of view). Or, if the doorbell button is pressed, iBridge Video Doorbell’s HD 1080P 1.3MP camera, with IR-powered night vision, automatically captures and sends out live video, to the account’s smartphone as a text message, via SMS/MMS.
Then, the homeowner has the option of viewing the embedded video on the spot, hanging up, or pressing to talk to the person they’re looking at live, via two-way audio. The slimline IBV-DBELL Series Doorbell includes 12-mos. time/date-stamped cloud-based video storage, easily enrolls in the iBridge Video ecosystem by scanning its QR code, and is hardwired to existing AC doorbell wiring.
