Global Traffic Technologies, LLC is expanding its service offering in the states of Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and West Virginia, in addition to Washington D.C., with the opening of GTT Mid-Atlantic, the authorized Opticom and Canoga dealer in the region. GTT Mid-Atlantic will provide new and existing customers throughout the area with improved access to Opticom and Canoga products and services.

"Our brands have a history that goes back more than 45 years and this is our chance to strengthen the value we've always delivered with the addition of services that complete the solution."
As a recognized leader in the industry, Opticom emergency and transit solutions and Canoga traffic-sensing solutions are deployed at more than 70,000 intersections and 3,100 cities worldwide, including 41 of the 50 largest North American cities.
As a fully authorized Opticom and Canoga dealer, GTT Mid-Atlantic will be responsible for selling and servicing the entire line of Opticom and Canoga solutions. Additionally, GTT Mid-Atlantic will receive consultative support and in-the-field service from Global Traffic Technologies, LLC, the manufacturer of Opticom and Canoga.

GTT Mid-Atlantic begins operations on March 1, 2016.
