DMP is pleased to announce the expansion of its West Coast sales leadership team with the promotion of Jeff Spatz to director of sales, West. Spatz joined DMP in 2019 as the dealer development manager (DDM) for the company’s Los Angeles region, then moved to serve the Southern California territory.
In a very short time, he has proven his outstanding leadership abilities, making this transition a natural one. The Southern California territory is one of DMP’s 20 sales territories across the U.S. As the DDM for that region, Spatz provided outstanding service to DMP-authorized dealers, helping them grow their businesses while also playing a pivotal role in developing many new successful sales opportunities.

“Jeff is a genuine leader,” says Jim Hawthorne, DMP executive director of sales. “As one who leads by example, he is a respected and trusted mentor among his peers, team and customers.” As DMP’s director of sales, West, Spatz will lead a six-member sales team with territories including Southern California, Los Angeles, Central California, Northern California, Southwest and Northwest.
