DNF Security, Dynamic Network Factory's (DNF) mission critical IP Surveillance business unit, announced a strategic partnership with Aimetis Corp., a global leader in intelligent IP video management software. The relationship comes as DNF Security has completed certification of its Falcon product line with Aimetis Symphony™ video management software.
DNF Falcon series platforms are optimized for surveillance applications and are simple and easy to use. Each system is designed from the ground up to support multiple incoming camera streams, high-performance IP networks, large RAID-protected storage capacities and simple integration with IP storage. According to Mo Tahmasebi, CEO for DNF Security, the Aimetis partnership will immediately boost DNF's initiatives for its Falcon product series.
"Aimetis and DNF share a similar philosophy in using open standards, and in supporting a range of platforms to offer our resellers choices in deployment options for new and evolving environments," said Mo Tahmasebi, CEO for DNF. "Working with an industry leader such as Aimetis allows us the opportunity to give resellers an advanced, open-platform solution with complete hardware/software compatibility."
Aimetis Symphony™ combines robust features for network video management with high performance video analytics - all in one unified software platform, analyzing video data in real-time and providing organizations with intelligent information. Thoroughly tested by DNF, Aimetis Symphony will be preconfigured and installed on DNF's Falcon product line, saving the system integrator valuable time and effort.
"Aimetis is very pleased to be partnering our intelligent video management software with DNF" says Justin Schorn, VP of Product Management, Aimetis Corp. "DNF is a trusted hardware supplier and having their systems pre-configured with Aimetis Symphony will make the hardware ‘analytics-ready'.
The Falcon series and Aimetis Symphony™ software are now available through each company's nationwide reseller network.
