Vineet Nargolwala, new Managing Director of Honeywell Systems Group EMEAHoneywell recently announced the appointment of Vineet Nargolwala as Managing Director for Honeywell Systems Group operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Nargolwala was previously Director of Global Marketing for Honeywell's Access Control and Honeywell Integrated Security (HIS) businesses.  Prior to this, he was a Strategic Marketing Manager in Honeywell's Environmental and Combustion Control business, responsible for an extensive product portfolio including leading Honeywell thermostats.  He also led strategic projects, including merger and acquisition integration.

Before joining Honeywell, Nargolwala spent seven years at Nortel Networks where he was marketing manager for GSM/GPRS/3G for the Americas.

"Vineet's leadership skills and business acumen position him well for this strategic role as we continue to drive growth in key European markets as well as Russia," said John Lorenty, Global President, Honeywell Systems Group.  "Vineet will be working to establish Honeywell Systems Group in EMEA as the partner of choice for resellers and end users for their end-to-end and integrated security needs, and will be developing new initiatives in this area."

Nargolwala holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas and a MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University (New York, USA).  He is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
