To this end, a residential community in Sao Paulo, Brazil, recently took advice from Alpha-Digi, VIVOTEK's Brazilian distributor, and decided to install a VIVOTEK IP Surveillance system to protect their residents and property. Solution

For this project, VIVOTEK TC5330 cameras were installed inside each building in the lobby, elevator, stairway, and underground parking lot areas, where environmental requirements are less demanding, to provide easy-to-use functionality. For the outdoor areas, frequent light changes and exposure to rain and dust become two major concerns for camera selection; therefore, the weather-proof, day/night IP7330 network cameras were selected as they have been specifically designed especially for such conditions. This condominium community in Sao Paulo consists of seven high occupancy buildings, which means that management and maintenance can pose great challenges for the managers.
