Arquus scores 87 points on the index of professional equality between women and men in 2021. A five-point progression compared to the previous Index.

Professional equality index

In accordance with the law for the freedom to choose one's professional future of September 5, 2018, Arquus has calculated its professional equality index based on five indicators:

  • The gap in the distribution of individual pay increases
  • The gender pay gap
  • The difference in promotions (only in companies with more than 250 employees)
  • The number of employees earning a rise upon returning from maternity leave
  • Parity among the ten highest earners

All companies with at least 50 employees are affected by the obligation to calculate and transmit this index.
