| HID announced partnership with Lipi for local assembly and distribution of HID Global's Fargo brand printers in India |

Located at Udaipur, India, the new production and assembly plant for HID's Fargo brand printers began its operation as of June 2009, while the first lot of locally assembled printers is scheduled for delivery in early July. Production of different models of HID Fargo brand printers will be implemented in a progressive manner.
