The Vicon I-ONYX Megapixel Camera Range
Product Profile
The five new cameras in Vicon's I-ONYX camera range all incorporate the very latest megapixel technology.
The range includes two box cameras (colour and day/night versions) and an indoor colour dome. Also in the range are an impact-resistant Day/Night dome and a Bullet camera with built-in IR LEDs - both of which are suitable for outdoor applications.
Common to all of these superb cameras are the following key features:
- User selection of image resolution - from 640 x 480 to 1280 x 1024
- Progressive scan images
- Choice of M-JPEG or MPEG-4 compression
- PoE (Power over internet) or via an included 12 volt power supply
- Lens included with each camera
Vicon's 1.3 megapixel cameras utilize ‘progressive scan' to deliver cleaner images and more defined imaged on moving objects.
