Verint Now Offers Nextiva IP And Wireless Security Solutions

Product Profile

Verint’s Nextiva range of wireless and IP security solutions for the overseas, UK and Mainland Europe markets are now available.  The new products provide the latest in our solutions of wireless and IP devices for managing perimeter or town centre security. Verint’s Nextiva products also enable truly cost effective migration of analog CCTV cameras to IP networks.

The Verint Nextiva S1500e is designed for video monitoring and surveillance over IP networks.  It delivers high-quality MPEG-4-based video over 10/100Base-T networks using cat 5, fibre optic, and wireless media.  The servers can easily be extended over local and wide area networks (LANs and WANs) or the Internet using ISDN, PSTN, or xDSL routers.  These Ethernet video servers are built on open standards and are entirely firmware upgradeable to provide long-term investment protection.

The Verint Nextiva S1100w is a wireless video transmitter that allows digital video transmission over two license-free wireless bands (5.3/5.8 GHz).  It delivers high-quality MPEG-4-based video at 30 frames per second (fps).  The S1100w is specifically designed to allow deployment of cameras in hard-to- wire locations, or to quickly extend the reach of your wired CCTV system.
