ALEXOR is the great protector, the center component, of DSC's new 2-Way Wireless Security Suite. As a wireless control panel, ALEXOR is the "virtual" brain that communicates wirelessly to DSC wireless peripherals - both 2-Way and all other DSC 433MHz wireless devices. The ALEXOR name was inspired by great leaders, protectors and defenders in History - such as Alexander the Great. The root of the name means "man's defender, warrior". ALEXander and protector combined = ALEXOR, the "Protector/Defender of Man".

In Alexander's time, one of the fastest modes of transport was the chariot, drawn by a team of powerful yet fleet-footed, horses. Today, one of the fastest, most powerful modes of transport is the modern day chariot, the "chopper". And no one builds a chopper like Orange County Choppers. One of the world's premier builders of custom motorcycles, OCC has designed a spectacular custom painted "Zero Gravity" ALEXOR bike, being unveiled for the first time in DSC's booth at ISC WEST. It takes a special combination of engineering, talent and creativity to build such a mighty beast - the same winning combination DSC's product development team used to create ALEXOR and DSC'S new 2-way Wireless Security Suite.

Paul Teutul, Sr., metalworker by trade and founder of Orange County Choppers, Inc., first began his business of building custom choppers out of the basement of his home in Montgomery, NY in 1999. Today OCC builds and sells custom motorcycles from its 32,000 sq. ft global headquarters in Newburgh, NY. Paul Sr. will join the DSC team at the DSC booth to sign autographs on the opening day of the show, April 1st from 2 to 4pm.
