The report highlights impressive progress in gender diversity, increased utilization of renewable energy, and an enhanced approach to supplier governance.
Notably, the Gunnebo Safe Storage unit has seen women stepping into 44% of management roles, a remarkable growth from the previous 22%. This shift demonstrates the company's dedication to fostering an inclusive and balanced workforce. Furthermore, the organization's renewable energy consumption has risen to 17%, up from 10%, showcasing ongoing efforts to lessen its environmental footprint and bolster its use of sustainable energy solutions.
Enhanced Supplier Governance
To further improve risk management, Gunnebo Group has introduced a standardized Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Template. This tool is aimed at assessing both new and high-risk suppliers, thereby reinforcing the evaluation of ESG factors throughout its supply chain.
