LifeSafety’s solutions make a perfect addition to ADI’s complete IP product offering
Dealers across North America will have access to the full line of solutions, including the FlexPower product family

ADI announced recently it has expanded its offering to include power products from LifeSafety Power for security, video surveillance, access and mass notification. Dealers across North America will have access to the full line of solutions, including the FlexPower product family, that offer modular, multi-listed and highly configurable power products to simplify job design and installation.

FlexPower uses a unique modular design that allows for many system configurations such as single, dual or multi voltage outputs and power distribution, control, or signaling, fire alarm interface or failsafe, failsecure lock control, all of which are standard in one advanced system platform.

As security installations rapidly transition to an IP framework, FlexPower offers web-managed configurations that self-monitor and report, the status and health of power supplies, batteries and individual outputs through email or SNMP. With FlexPower, dealers can offer managed services to increase RMR and perform traditional service functions remotely.

These innovative and cost effective power products are Agency Listed for Fire, Access Control, Security, CCTV and Mass Notification and offer smart power communication and reporting, IP network communications, battery monitoring, system integration, and more.

“LifeSafety Power combines cutting edge technology with years of experience to design leading-edge products and solutions that offer more than traditional power supplies,” said John Olliver, senior vice president of business development at LifeSafety Power. “We are extremely excited to offer our solutions through ADI’s distribution channels, and increase our reach across the market.”

“As IP installations become more widespread across the industry, it is our responsibility to ensure that dealers have access to the solutions they need to successfully build and support a complete security system,” said Andy Morra, vice president of marketing at ADI. “These solutions offer fully modular power management systems, and make a perfect addition to ADI’s complete IP product offering.”
