The integration enables end users to manage tens of thousands of vehicles in the fleet with a noticeable improvement in their balance sheets.
First To Be Included In The Integration
Cameras from Hikvision’s 4 series Smart IP camera range are the first to be included in the integration. The cameras are designed to fully meet all professional market requirements for efficient bandwidth and storage utilization, as well as unparalleled image quality and customer convenience. HEOP Program
Based on Hikvision’s HEOP (Hikvision Embedded Open Platform) program, Observit’s Mobile Video Management System, Observit BOT, is allowed to be installed on Hikvision 4 series Smart IP cameras. Being reliable, available and serviceable, the Observit BOT supports remote operation at any time without waiting for the vehicle to arrive to the depot or station. Recordings are uploaded from the bus during operation to a central video storage, for later analysis. Besides, the system is easy to integrate with on-board applications such as alcohol interlock, Panic button and Eco driving to achieve immediate real-time information if any critical events happen on the vehicles.
