Avigilon Corporation recently announced that it has earned two BC Export Awards: "Exporter of the Year" and "Top Exporter" in the Advancing Technologies category. Co-hosted annually by the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters, BC Division, and the Ministry of Jobs, Tourism and Innovation, the BC Export Awards celebrate the valuable role that the export industry plays in the economy in British Columbia.
These two BC Export Awards are the latest in a string of awards that Avigilon has earned in recognition of its impressive growth. Most recently, Avigilon was ranked number four on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500TM-a ranking of 500 of the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, and clean technology companies in North America. The company also ranked third among the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Canada.
