This acquisition further asserts Digital Watchdog's commitment to innovation and creating quality, easy to use solutions. This transaction is expected to close in the coming weeks.
Founded in 1987, Digital Watchdog has been very successful in becoming a leading manufacturer of powerful security solutions throughout the world.
Founded in 2012, ISD launched one of the top new products in 2013, capturing not only the industry's most prestigious SIA New Product Showcase’s “Best New Product” award, but “Best in Video Surveillance Camera HD (Megapixel)” as well. ISD was also chosen as one of the “Top 30 Products of 2013” by Security Sales & Integration.
