Every RIVA series camera comes equipped with extensive video analysis functions provided by the VCA company
The strong appeal of the RIVA cameras results from their easily configured, integrated video analysis

artec technologies AG announces its cooperation with the ViDiCore KG, the general agent for the intelligent video-surveillance cameras by RIVA. Effective immediately, artec has agreed to distribute their comprehensive range of cameras in Germany and some of the neighbouring countries.

The RIVA product selection comprises cameras in box, dome, PTZ-dome, and bullet versions for both interior and exterior mounting and with resolutions from VGA to 2MP/full HD 1080P.

The strong appeal of the RIVA cameras results from their easily configured, integrated video analysis, brilliant images, and high quality standards, all of which combine to provide ideal solutions for deployment in a variety of security markets.

Every RIVA series camera comes equipped with extensive video analysis functions provided by the VCA company. Through software modules for special applications such as vehicle tallying, access regulation, velocity-dependent object tracking, or monitoring of remote or suspicious objects, the cameras can easily and economically be expanded.

Achim Hauschke of ViDiCore KG says, "We are pleased to have won over a distribution partner such as artec whose wide-ranging knowledge of systems is a perfect match for marketing the RIVA product line. Through artec's expertise in video technology/ video analysis, RIVA gains substantial professional support."

More than 10 of RIVA's camera models are already integrated into artec's MULTIEYE software and network video recorders.

"The demand for solutions in video analysis is growing. In addition to our own development of intelligent video-analysis software such as e.g. MULTIEYE PrivacyShield or PeopleCounter, we are anticipating the cooperation with RIVA/VCA to further round off our product offerings in the area of video analysis. This will enable us to offer our customers even more comprehensive solutions in the future," Jens Ringlstetter, artec's COO observes.
