Ideal for businesses that have satellite sites with limited space, or smaller businesses that want an IP only solution for their active surveillance needs, VideoEdge Micro is incredibly easy to set up and use. An embedded PoE switch detects and provides power to IP cameras, while an auto discovery feature identifies and helps to assign IP addresses to cameras on the network.

That means that even the smallest retailer can leverage powerful analytics such as heat mapping, dwell and linger and shelf sweep detection to gain essential information about their store operations and customers shopping behaviors.
VideoEdge Micro features one of the highest throughputs for a compact NVR at 80Mbps, enabling users to view high-quality video in real time even through narrow bandwidth connections. Using this innovative dynamics bandwidth feature, the NVR can cap the amount of data transmitted over a LAN when sharing the connection with other devices.
