| Herta’s BioSurveillance NEXT v2 facial recognition solution easily integrates with Wavestore’s VMS software |
WavestoreUSA, a world class innovator in open platform digital Video Storage and Management Systems and Herta Security, a world leader in the development of cutting edge Facial Recognition solutions, jointly announce the two companies are offering a demo of their integration technology partnership at the WavestoreUSA Booth #12127, in a live demo at the ISC West, Las Vegas, April 15-17, 2015.
Integration Demonstration:
Unveiled at the show this year, the demo showcases Herta’s new award winning BioSurveillance NEXT v2 advanced GPU based Facial Recognition solution which easily ingrates with Wavestore’s Video Management software. “We’re excited to be able to demonstrate Herta’s new GPU solution and show the integration in action at the WavestoreUSA booth,” said WavestoreUSA Product Manager, Dacian Andrei.

Herta Security exhibited at the GTC 2015 and Herta’s team presented its high tech facial recognition solutions, accelerated by NVIDIA’s GPUs. Javier Rodriguez Saeta, Herta’s CEO, performed an impressive live demonstration of BioSurveillance NEXT and BioFinder during the Emerging Companies Summit Show & Tell, for which Herta was acclaimed as one of the World’s Most Relevant Emerging Companies and received a prize valued at $110.000.
Once a face is detected by Herta’s highly accurate facial recognition software, Wavestore’s video management software time/ date stamps the image and stores it alongside any relevant recorded video. Meanwhile, through Wavestore, automatic alerts are sent to security personnel enabling them to respond in real-time. Conversely, the system can also generate an alarm when a face isn’t recognized which is useful to closely monitor a restricted or high-security area. Depending on each customer’s needs, a WavestoreUSA-Herta solution could take many forms, providing fast, accurate and robust data for anyone with advanced video surveillance, access control or marketing needs.
