Judith A. Reinsdorf

Judith A. Reinsdorf is an Executive Vice President and the General Counsel of Tyco. She is responsible for the company’s legal organization, which includes corporate governance and compliance, as well as the company’s communications, public affairs, security and environment, and health and safety functions. Reinsdorf rejoined Tyco in March 2007 after having served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of C. R. Bard from October 2004 to February 2007. Previously, she served as Vice President and Corporate Secretary for Tyco International from 2003 to 2004, and was Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Pharmacia Corporation from 2000 to 2003. From 1995 to 2000, she held the position of Assistant General Counsel and then Chief Legal Counsel, Corporate, at Monsanto Company. Reinsdorf has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Rochester and a JD from Cornell Law School and serves as a Director of the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation.
