Technical support functions including customer support, application engineering, and training will be integrated and reinforced under new executive leadership to ensure customers are consistently able to access the appropriate resources they need to design, install and use S2 Security systems. The product support team reports to John Culross, S2 Security’s newly appointed Senior Director of Technical Services. With over 10 years of experience as a customer support manager, Mr. Culross is recognized for building high-performance teams, establishing processes and increasing operational efficiencies. Most recently Director of Customer Support with ProcessUnity, he served in the United States Marine Corps for 14 years. “From our founding, customer support has been a core value,” said John L.
