He joined FERMAX in 2007 and, after holding different positions, among them as head of the sales subsidiary in the United Kingdom in 2011, he became a member of the executive team with the remit of reinforcing the strategic internationalization plan. Initially as Deputy Director of the International Department, and later, as Corporate Sales Director. In this role, his management was instrumental in the growth of our business in overseas markets and in the global expansion of the brand.

Juan Carlos Ramiro, General Director of CENTAC (National Accessibility Technology Center of Spain) and Jeremy Palacio, Managing Director of FERMAX, have signed a collaboration agreement for 2018. This alliance will contribute to creating and promoting accessible and usable goods, products and services in order to make elderly people, or people with different types of disabilities independent. FERMAX Joins CENTAC On 28th November 2017, the Spanish company FERMAX joined, as collaborator, the National Center for Accessibility Technologies of Spain (CENTAC). Both entities signed a collaboration agreement which contributes to the accessible technological development to improving the autonomy of elderly or disabled people. The objective of this agreement is to obtain social benefits by creating realities, which means accessible and usable products and services that will improve the life of many people. This will also have an impact on the economic point of view. The event was attended by Fernando Maestre, president of FERMAX, and Jeremy Palacio, Managing Director, accompanied by Jesús Gutierrez, Claudia Torrico, Antonio Torrubias and Mónica Gil, members of FERMAX team, with Juan Carlos Ramiro, General Director of CENTAC and his team. Juan Carlos Ramiro said that FERMAX is a great ally, leader in the sector of door entry and access control systems: "Together we can generate autonomy within homes, public spaces and buildings. FERMAX will play an essential role in the projects and actions of CENTAC, especially providing accessible goods, products and services in the Smart Integrated Spaces”, added Juan Carlos Ramiro. Fermax unveiled their latest technology, including home automation systems and video door entry systems Fermax took part in Intersec 2017, the trade fair for security and safety in the Middle East. Fermax used this opportunity to unveil their latest technology, which offers equipment that integrates home automation systems and video door entry systems for safe, comfortable and efficient homes; their objective being to turn the video door entry system screen into the technological heart of the home. New Video Door Entry System At the 19th edition of Intersec, Fermax proposed new video door entry system devices that integrate home automation solutions. For this reason, Fermax’s stand was situated in the ‘Smart Homes’ pavilion. Using a large but minimalist space with oriental influences, Fermax displayed different technologies for audio and video door entry systems, video door entry and access control systems, advanced outdoor panels and indoor terminals, as well as home automation solutions integrated in video door entry system monitors. All this was presented under the umbrella of the Made in Spain design, showing a commitment for innovation and technological convergence. Fermax Home Automation Without a doubt, the focus for hundreds of visitors to the Fermax stand was DOMINIUM, the Smart Living system presented by the company. This system has been very well-received in the Middle East, where premium quality and design, together with top features in residential constructions, are highly sought-after. The General Management decided to reinforce its presence in French territory and naturally, it has chosen the Rhône-Alpes region, one of the areas with more prospects for advancement, and a prime location to offer a closer service to its professional clients. Rhône-Alpes Office Team Fermax opened its new office at 13 Edison Street, in Bron (Lyon), in order to welcome clients and offer training or product demonstration days. DUOX Video System The event was the opportunity to introduce the DUOX technology to the Middle East region. DUOX is FERMAX's novel video system. Its communications and transmissions are entirely digital, and its simplified installation makes it capable of functioning on two non-polarized wires. This pioneer technology attracted visitors, who were able to test its capabilities through monitors and street panels. WAY KIT Video Door Entry On the other hand, the WAY KIT for residential properties was also center of attention at the Fermax's booth. It is the first product launch of the WAY Series. The kit offers a very attractive and interesting design for professionals, and multiple features for the final user, which range from image recording and sound selection to do not disturb function or call recording, everything managed through a 7'' TFT digital touchscreen monitor.
