Nedap N.V. is set to see a change in its senior management as Rianne Jans prepares to take over as Chief Financial Officer effective July 1, 2025. This transition comes as Daniëlle van der Sluijs steps down from her role as statutory director following the Annual General Meeting on April 17, 2025.
Rianne Jans brings significant financial expertise to Nedap N.V., having served as Chief Financial Officer at Deloitte Netherlands since 2020. Her extensive experience includes key financial roles at Centric, Eindhoven Airport, and CGI Group, equipping her with a strong foundation in financial leadership.
Educational Qualifications and Board Memberships
Jans is well qualified, possessing a degree in Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University and certification as a Registered Controller. Further enhancing her leadership skills, she completed the Leadership Development Program at INSEAD. In addition to her professional roles, she has actively participated in governance, contributing as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Red Cross since 2024 and previously serving on the board of Oranjewoud N.V.
