Dormakaba has appointed Heather Torrey as the Executive Vice President for the Americas. Torrey transitions to dormakaba from Honeywell, where she held the role of General Manager in the Security and Access Solutions sector for the Americas.
She has a wealth of experience in leading commercial organizations, managing intricate channel structures, and working across international environments, including a significant tenure of over ten years in the Asia-Pacific region.
Focus on Strengthening Customer Engagement

Torrey's responsibilities will include crafting and implementing commercial strategies
In her new position, Torrey's responsibilities will include crafting and implementing commercial strategies, enhancing customer engagement, and aligning regional objectives with global priorities. She will operate from Indianapolis, which houses dormakaba’s Americas headquarters.
Torrey is an alumna of Cornell University, holding a bachelor's degree, and has completed the Director's Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She steps into the role previously held by Ben Brydges, who opted to depart from dormakaba at the conclusion of 2025.
