Geutebruck GmbH, the German video security system producer is celebrating its 40^th anniversary this year. From a garage-based mail order enterprise on the banks of the River Rhine, Geutebruck developed first into a CCTV manufacturer with a strong emphasis on R&D and innovation, then into a digital video security company with an international reputation for quality. Now, having developed IT skills to levels usually only achieved by the top software houses, it boasts an annual turnover of 35 million Euros and sales partners in 40 countries. 

Katharina Geutebrück, Managing Director and daughter of the company's founder, thinks this landmark anniversary is not just a good excuse for a celebration but also carries with it a relevant message for today's prospective security buyers. "In a fast-moving world," she argues, "continuity and stability are important factors in building trust.
