Cellphone vendors seeking CCF device certification can now use the CCF CSIM Terminal Conformance device endorsement to test their CSIM devices according to the CCF CSIM test plan "Mobile Equipment (ME) Conformance Testing with CSIM."
"COMPRION SIMfony CDMA2000" is the first approved test system to verify interoperability between the CSIM card and the handset.
The successful validation of CSIM test cases on COMPRION’s conformance platform "COMPRION SIMfony CDMA2000" marks the availability of CSIM testing as part of CCF Certification Process.
Udo Willenbrink, Head of Product Unit COMPRION SIMfony states: "CCF CSIM terminal testing will provide network operators more confidence for using the CSIM as the access application to CDMA2000 networks."
