SALTO and EVVA acquire business rights of Carl F Access AB
Carl F Access AB has been very successful in selling SALTO and EVVA's access control solutions
SALTO Systems in partnership with EVVA announces that together both companies have jointly acquired the business of Carl F Access AB in Stockholm, Sweden.

Previously owned by the Sanistål Group, Carl F Access AB has been very successful in selling SALTO advanced battery powered wireless access control solutions and EVVA high security locks into the Scandinavian market and the acquisition gives both companies the opportunity to further develop this fast growing region.

Ownership will take effect from 1st October 2010 and reinforces SALTO's commitment to developing further business in the Nordic countries while providing an unrivalled opportunity to operate directly in the large Swedish market.
