NICI offers services including CCTV, nurse call systems, wandering patient alerts, access control, intercom, and public address systems

Honeywell recently welcomed National Industrial Communications Inc. (NICI) as a Honeywell Authorized Dealer for Commercial Security Systems (CSS). The Winnipeg-based integrator provides a broad range of services including CCTV, nurse call systems, wandering patient alerts, access control, intercom and public address systems.

Founded in 1998, the company has designed and installed these customized systems in numerous hospitals, personal care homes, schools and government facilities throughout Manitoba & northwest Ontario.

Our driving customer philosophy has always been to maintain the highest level of integrity throughout the design, installation and maintenance process,” said Chuck Neufeld, NICI president. “Honeywell shares that commitment with a proven track record offering seamless integration of a variety of security systems, making them an ideal partner for our communication and security system installations.”

Honeywell’s Authorized Dealer Program for Commercial Security Systems supports small, medium and large commercial and industrial security dealers by offering customized marketing support, targeted sales opportunities and technical training programs. The program is designed for dealers with expertise in intrusion and fire, video surveillance and access control.

One of National Industrial Communication’s most-distinguishing characteristics is its focus on keeping people connected and aware of what’s happening in facilities of any size,” said Dave Kaufman, Honeywell’s director of dealer programs. “They concentrate on the human element, and their high level of attention to customer service and experience throughout the private and governmental sectors makes them a welcome addition to the Honeywell CSS Dealer Program.
