Samsung Techwin Europe Ltd has further expanded its UK sales team with the appointment of Jon Hill as Account Manager for the South of England.
Jon was Sales Director for Mirasys UK prior to joining Samsung and earlier in his career he was with Siemens Security Products for eight years as the company's CCTV Systems Specialist.
Jon, who will report to Simon Shawley, Samsung Techwin Europe Ltd's General Manager for UK and Ireland, will be responsible for developing new business opportunities for the professional security division of Samsung by working closely with installers, system integrators and distributors.
Commenting on Jon's appointment, Simon Shawley said: "I am delighted that Jon has joined our sales team. He brings with him a wealth of industry experience and technical knowledge that he will be able to put to good use in looking to identify new sales opportunities."
